Designed to move beyond conventional classroom learning, the session brought together self-reflection, experiential activities, real-world scenarios, and collaborative problem-solving.
The workshop encouraged our leaders to look beyond technical expertise and explore the behaviours that build trust, accountability, alignment, and high-performing teams.
